Lucky Girls offers both digital products and physical products. Delivery depends on the type of product ordered.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically, and no physical item will be shipped. Download instructions will be provided after purchase. If you have trouble accessing your files, contact us at luckygirls.era@gmail.com.

Physical Products

Physical products are made after your order is placed. Production usually takes 2–7 business days before shipping. Production times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the product and destination. Delivery times are estimates and begin after production is complete.

International shipping is available to most destinations. Availability may vary due to carrier limitations or local restrictions.

Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If an order contains multiple products, items may arrive separately.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless collected at checkout.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before ordering. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipped.
