Lucky Girls offers both digital downloads and made-to-order physical products. Please review the policy for your product type below.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final once the files have been delivered or accessed. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless required by applicable law.

If you have trouble accessing your files, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Physical Products

Our physical products are made specifically for each order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or an incorrect size or color selection.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. There is no need to return the item unless requested.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
